- 4 Salmon filets

Baking
- Defrost the salmon in water
- Salt and pepper the salmon, just the top. 15 shakes of pepper per fish. Afterwards, rotate them on both sides to season the sides
- Bake 4 salmon filets on aluminum foil for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees
- Serve with some chili ponzu sauce
Reheating
- Microwave 30 seconds at a time with a damp paper towel
