  • 4 Salmon filets

Baking

  1. Defrost the salmon in water
  2. Salt and pepper the salmon, just the top. 15 shakes of pepper per fish. Afterwards, rotate them on both sides to season the sides
  3. Bake 4 salmon filets on aluminum foil for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees
  4. Serve with some chili ponzu sauce

Reheating

  1. Microwave 30 seconds at a time with a damp paper towel
