Chilled Spicy Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 block of soft tofu
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sriacha
  • Green onion (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut the tofu. Cut along the guidelines, and also make a cut on the depth side.
  2. Gently place into a lunch container
  3. Mix together the sauce (soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, rice vinegar, sriacha, green onion)
  4. Drizzle sauce over the TOP layer. Bottom layer will always have enough sauce. Do not shake.
