Chilled Spicy Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 block of soft tofu
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sriacha
- Green onion (optional)
Directions
- Cut the tofu. Cut along the guidelines, and also make a cut on the depth side.
- Gently place into a lunch container
- Mix together the sauce (soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, rice vinegar, sriacha, green onion)
- Drizzle sauce over the TOP layer. Bottom layer will always have enough sauce. Do not shake.
